4.1 Prices

All prices displayed on our website include VAT when applicable (for EU customers) unless otherwise stated.
Shipping fees, taxes, and other charges will be displayed at checkout.

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not represent acceptance.

Your order is accepted once payment is approved and we forward the order to our supplier for fulfillment.

5.2 Order Cancellation by Us

We may cancel an order if:

  • Payment fails or is reversed

You will be notified and refunded in such cases.

6. Shipping & Delivery

For EU customers, customs duties are typically not applicable, but in rare cases, customers are responsible for any additional fees.

6.5 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Your rights are protected under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and local laws.

7.1 Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

EU customers may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.

You must return the product unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

7.2 Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7.3 Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item or valid proof of return. Refunds are made via the original payment method.

7.4 Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

7.5 Items Not Eligible for Returns

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Used products

  • Products damaged by the customer

  • Products without original packaging
